Irene Jean-Brice, a native of Jamaica, West Indies decided to launch Irene’s Island Cuisine due to the overwhelming requests for hosting dinners at her home.  Irene always had the love of cooking and entertaining so launching her catering company just seemed right.  Irene’s Island Cuisine is a full service catering company that not only executes delicious cuisine but also presents high-quality presentation and prides itself with A-1 customer service.
